Are you entitled to help with the cost of your childcare?
At Dream Care Learning Center, we believe every child deserves access to high-quality early education. That’s why we proudly accept families who qualify for the Kentucky Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).
CCAP helps eligible families receive financial assistance to cover the cost of child care while they work, attend school, or pursue job training.
Our goal is to make safe, nurturing, and educational childcare accessible to more families across Kentucky.

CCAP Eligibility
You may qualify for Kentucky CCAP if the following conditions apply:
Your child is a resident of Kentucky and either a U.S. citizen or qualified legal immigrant.
Your child is under 13 years old (or 13–19 with a disability).
You may also qualify if you meet one of these situations:
A single parent working at least 20 hours per week.
A two-parent household working at least 40 hours combined.
A teen parent attending high school or pursuing a GED.
Participate in the SNAP Employment & Training program.
A full-time student at a certified trade schooL , college, or university.
You participate in Kentucky Works activities.
In need of childcare for child protective or preventative services.
Actively looking for employment.

If you meet the criteria above then you can apply for CCAP financial aid; this can done online, over the phone, or at your local DCBS office.
